What is Virgin hair?
Our virgin hair is high quality 100% human hair, and comes in natural black and is hair that has been specially hand selected and sourced from the country of origin, chemical free and unprocessed.
What makes our ponytails special?
Not only are our ponytails reusable but they are 150g (most suppliers are 100g) meaning it is thicker and longer lasting. Our gorgeous ponytails also come in 4 textures: straight, bodywave, water wave and kinky straight.
How long does the hair last?
Due to the premium quality of our Virgin human hair, It can last up to 1 year, when looked after. Treat the hair like you would your own when in use, with regular washes, deep conditioning and not overloading on products.
Can I straighten curly/wavy/kinky hair?
Yes our hair can be straightened and curled and returns to near-to natural state when contacted with water
How do I return/exchange hair?
In order for a refund/exchange to be processed, you must email info with attached photos. Returns and exchanges are assessed per situation and only take place if hair is untouched/unmanipulated in its original packaging. Full information is available in our Returns Policy
Can I dye the hair?
Yes the hair can be both bleached and/or dyed to a variety of colours.
How can I make the most of the hair?
Washing and conditioning, using heat protector before applying heat and applying a tiny amount of serum occasionally (do not overload!)

How long is delivery?
UK:
We only sell what is in stock, and for this reason hair is able to be with you within 5-6 working days. DM or EMAIL for next day delivery.USA/International:
Standard Delivery is 6-10 working days. we use Royal Mail who then hand over to your local courier and so time scales may vary. For South Africa and Dubai please email before purchase as DHL may be required.
When do I receive my tracking details?
Every customer receives their tracking details and order fulfilment around 2 days after order.
What should I do on a rare occasion that my hair doesn't arrive in that time period?
Orders are sent 1st class signed for which comes with tracking, if your tracking us not updating for any reason, please email info@dolledbydh.com immediately quoting your order reference.
